In Ayurveda, spring is governed by Kapha dosha (earth + water), which can bring feelings of heaviness, sluggishness, congestion, and low motivation if out of balance. This 3-week online course is designed to gently move, energise, and revitalise your body and mind using the wisdom of Yoga and Ayurveda.
Over 3 Weeks You Will:
Release heaviness and mental fog
Strengthen digestion and metabolism (Agni)
Build sustainable energy
Learn simple Ayurvedic seasonal rituals
Practice energising, accessible yoga flows
Create a spring journal for vibrant health and reflections.
