We all have moments where our energy is depleted, our mind is overly busy or our spark has dimmed a little. It’s often a sign that we aren’t caring for our Self enough.

In this hectic, over-stimulated world it can be hard to create the time and space to honour our own health and wellbeing. But, our own health and wellbeing should be a non-negotiable in our daily life - how can we care for our loved ones, give the best in our jobs and be present in our community if we are running on empty?

Self care isn’t just a new age buzz phrase. Treatments and practices, such as massage, Yoga & Qigong, for many people in the world are daily rituals that keep them mobile, energised, calm and attentive to the world around them. When we care for our Self we have the capacity to be present for others, our energy is boosted, we are less reactive and more compassionate. We get our spark back.

I am pleased to offer my personalised Reset & Renew wellbeing packages at Chantry House in Coleshill.

Focusing mainly around the Yoga and Ayurvedic practices (although some traditional Chinese medicine and Qigong may also weave their way in), we would meet over 4 x 60 minute sessions which can be divided up into massage treatments and 1:1 Yoga. *All sessions are to be used within 6 months of purchase date

Massage to soothe away the tensions of life, speed up recovery, assist with pain, or simply for pure relaxation. Choose from seated head, neck, shoulders and arms (Shirobhyanga), back and backs of legs with pressure point massage (Marma abhyanga), foot and leg treatments (padabhyanga) or head and face treatments (mukhabhyanga). I can also offer Chinese acupressure Tui Na massage which is given over clothing and with no oil. Massages can be adapted ffrom a chair if lying down isn’t suitable. The choice is yours.

Tailored 1:1 Yoga sessions to rebuild strength and stamina, increase mobility, encourage good quality breathing and aid relaxation. Our Yoga sessions can include postures (Asana), building a home practice sequence, meditation, deep relaxation, breathing practices (pranayama) and are suitable for all abilities. Chair Yoga can be offered.

Over the 4 sessions I will offer you Ayurvedic lifestyle tips and create some practices for you to explore in your own time.

Once you have booked your package of sessions we can work out dates and collaborate together on what sessions will be most beneficial. You will fill out a wellbeing form and complete a dosha assessment so that I can tailor our sessions just for you.
