Path to Balance offers gentle, one-to-one, 60-minute online sessions to support your wellbeing through the wisdom of Yoga and Ayurveda. Together we’ll explore what balance looks like for you right now — because life has a habit of pulling us in many directions, and sometimes we all need a little help finding our way back.

Through an Ayurvedic lens, we’ll look at your lifestyle, energy, and daily rhythms, and weave in simple yoga practices, breathwork, and practical suggestions you can actually fit into real life (no need to wake up at 4am or drink green juice all day… unless you want to).

These sessions are a supportive space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself, leaving you with personalised practices and gentle guidance to help bring a little more balance, ease, and vitality into your day-to-day life.

We will meet online via zoom (dates and times to suit) for 4 x sessions, and explore, together, how we can coax your mojo back. Together we’ll look at simple, personalised practices to help you feel more balanced, grounded, and at ease in everyday life.
