Over the next few weeks we will be diving into Tri-dosha - Vata, Pitta and Kapha - we could say the essence of which governs our natural constitution and influence our physiological, biological and psychological functions. We will look at personality traits of each dosha, physical and lifestyle traits, which elements relate, how we can support and balance our naturally dominant dosha with our practices and lifestyle. Autumn In-person classes

Most of our timetable will stay online during Autumn but we have a couple of “in-person” classes for you. These will be held at St Mary & St Margarets Community Hall, Castle Bromwich, Birmingham. Our gorgeous Move and Breathe with Ease Friday session has a new time of 12.30 - 1.45pm ONLINE

This is an inclusive and accessible slowed-down session based on Hatha Yoga (and occasionally Tibetan) practices - longer held, gentler movement meditation - lots of breath work, intention, mudra and a wonderful relaxation - still based around our weekly themes. Lots of modifications, plenty of time to get in and out of asanas, time to breathe and laugh! Use of props and chairs welcome. A wonderful way to finish the week.
