Woo hoo - you can now re-visit your favourite classes or catch up on any missed sessions with our themed class bundles. Our first package of classes are based on the Pancha Maya Kosha theme. 5 x 75 minute “live” sessions recorded via Zoom - each class explores a different Kosha (layer) with a brief description, a vinyasa-led practice (challenging in parts), breath work, meditation, mudra and relaxation. You even get some theme notes to download.
