As we move toward spring, nature begins to awaken — and so can we. In Ayurveda, spring is governed by Kapha dosha (earth + water), which can bring feelings of heaviness, sluggishness, congestion, and low motivation if out of balance. This 3-week online course is designed to gently move, energise, and revitalise your body and mind using the wisdom of Yoga and Ayurveda.

Course Overview

Duration: 3 Weeks
Format: Online (live sessions + recordings)
Focus: Seasonal alignment, energy renewal, vitality building

Week 1: Awaken & Clear

Theme: Gently releasing winter stagnation

  • Understanding spring through an Ayurvedic lens (Kapha season)

  • Daily dinacharya (morning routines) for spring

  • Gentle cleansing practices (tongue scraping, warm water rituals, simple dietary shifts)

  • Energising yet accessible yoga flows to build warmth

  • Breathwork (Kapalabhati & energising pranayama)

  • Reflection prompts for seasonal intention-setting

Outcome: Feel lighter, clearer, and more motivated.

Week 2: Ignite & Energise

Theme: Building inner fire (Agni)

  • Foods and spices to stimulate digestion in spring

  • Yoga sequences to stimulate circulation and lymphatic flow

  • Twists and heart-opening postures

  • Breath practices to increase focus and clarity

  • Understanding emotional “spring cleaning”

Outcome: Increased energy, improved digestion, mental clarity.

Week 3: Renew & Flourish

Theme: Expansion and growth

  • Journaling to create a personal spring self practice

  • Balancing activity with rest

  • Yoga for strength and resilience

  • Meditation for inspiration and forward movement

  • Integrating Ayurvedic lifestyle habits sustainably

Outcome: Sustainable habits to maintain vitality throughout the season.
