Classes in December

We have been looking at how to balance Vata dosha - the characteristics of Autumn and early Winter - over the past few weeks. As we now flow into December we will work with some beautiful well-rounded flows in our Yoga sessions, to uplift us and bring energy for this busy time of year. Bring your blankets and extra layers so that you can really enjoy some of the juicy relaxations through December.

Our Qigong classes will look at shibashi - the 18 forms - during this month. This is a lovely sequence of forms that can aid with mobility, strength and focus.

Our Winter warmer workshop is at Water Orton primary school on Sunday 17th December. Have you booked you spot yet? Warming, heart-led Yoga with me and a lovely sound bath and relaxation from Sophie Rogers.
